DescriptionThis 18th Dynasty shabti was part of the burial equipment of the Lady of the House, Iwy. She does not carry any tools, but seems actually to be dressed in the clothes of the liiving, as can be seen by the lines showing pleats on her arms and shoulders. Her long black hair (or wig) falls over her shoulders. The face is particularly well made, gentle and rather sweet.
