This necklace is probably a pastiche of beads incorporating a large blue faience wadjet eye of the Twenty-sixth Dynasty, twenty-one large cylindrical blue glass beads, six amulets (two djed pillars, one each of Re, Horus Isis and Nephthys,) and a number of small beads of various materials and dates. While ancient beads could be handed down in families as heirlooms, and otherwise 'recycled' over the long centuries of Egyptian history, and such strings of beads have been found on mummies of the Late Period, this necklace seems to have been assembled in modern times.
