Description

This fragment from the 11th Dynasty temple of Nebhepetre Montuhotep shows the king, facing right, wearing the White Crown and royal beard with chin strap, with a broad collar which is composed of alternating bands of grey and green.  Though badly damaged, the piece is finely carved, and retains its colour.

The image is composed of  910.34.36 and 910.34.79.
