DescriptionThis fragment from the 11th Dynasty temple of Nebhepetre Montuhotep is difficult to interpret.  The horizontal line may be ship's rope, and the red elements at lower left may represent some part of a ship's mast or steering mechanism.
The original location and function  of the piece in the temple's decoration has not been determined.
