Description

This fragment of raised relief from the 11th Dynasty Temple of Nebhepetre Montuhotep at Deir el Bahari shows a statue of a deity or king seated in a baldachin on a burial or pilgrim ship, with an attendant behind.  It may show a pilgrimage, after death, by the king's statue to Abydos.

The glyphs in front of the seated figure read "living forever."
