This thin human figure with a flat back is probably a shabti. Shabtis were small human-form figurines placed in tombs to assist the deceased in the afterworld with corvée labour as detailed in Spell 6 of The Book of the Dead. The circular head is clear, but the facial features have been abraded. Below the face is a horizontal ledge that looks like a bib, but which may indicate the bottom of the wig. The figure's left arm is bent at the elbow and held horizontally across the body above the waist, whereas the right arm is held vertically down the side of the body.
