DescriptionThe crooked knife is held with the sharpened face of the blade facing the worker. The knife is drawn along the worked surface toward the body. The engraved image on the handle is a visual pun where in one view a caribou is shown standing on four legs; when the knife handle is turned, however, the caribou is shown sitting on its haunches.
