DescriptionEdmund Morris collected descriptions of the deeds which are published in "War Paint, Blackfoot and Sarcee Painted Buffalo Robes in the Royal Ontario Museum" (Brownstone 1993). Father Leon Doucet translated the words of the four warriors from Blackfoot into English.These were then transcribed by Morris into his diary.
