DescriptionA small carving of Esu, the god of chaos, mischief, and the unexpected, is always present at Ifa divinations. Esu is on the one hand a trickster who must be placated and distracted away from the client, on the other a messenger between the world of the living and the spirit world, who bears sacrifices from men to the other gods.
