DescriptionThis beautiful jadework is of faintly translucent blue-green stone with amber and cream inclusions. Its low polish encompasses the rounded edges of the slightly splayed sides. The cutting edge is bevelling smoothed but visible. Roughly square shape is fashioned from relatively thin yet strong slab. A large conical perforation about 1/2" in from centre of butt. Considerable care evidenced in carving of three lateral "teeth" with 2 smaller notched projections on each edge.
