DescriptionSet of insignia badges for the front and back of a man's pufu (overcoat); civil rank of the 5th degree (silver pheasant). Black satin ground entirely covered with silk floss embroidered design in peking knot edged with couched white cord; background filled with couched gold thread. Right-facing bird on mound in wave border containing buddhist symbols; clouds above with bats and buddhist symbols. Fret border of couched gold thread.
