DescriptionThis lamp is made of deep brown clay with fine gold mica (biotite)
particles indicating that it came from the Nile Valley and has
been created in a two-piece mould. It is in the form of a stylised boot with feet moulded on each side. The suspension hole is pierced through a termial shaped as a duck or swan's head.
