This coin carries the bust of Furia Sabinia Tranquillina, the wife of Marcus Antonius Gordianus Pius (Gordian III) who was Augustus (emperor) from 225 to 244 AD.

A coin made of "billon" is ostensibly a coin of precious metal (silver or gold) but which is greatly debased with copper or copper-alloy.
