Description

This photograph is a studio portrait of a young man against a backdrop with arches and a staicase. The photograph is signed, "Your most obedient student Hari Singh of Bilara 29th Feb 1933". Bilara is a city and a municipality in Jodhpur district in the state of Rajasthan, India.

This photograph is part of a series of photographs dating from 1900-1990. Some are painted photographic prints, while others are small studio photographs. Notably, many of the photographs are dated and signed by the photography studio, making them particularly rare as this type of information is often lacking from many archives.
