Fragment of a bowl
Medium:Glass, weathered with remains of fire-polish
Geography: Found in Jerusalem
Date: about 1-100 AD
Period: Roman period
Object number: 951X8.185
Object History: This is one of a group of objects given an "x" number in 1952, which means that the ROM has no original documentation of acquiring the object. However the ROM documentation states that they were "dug up at Salaom and on Mt. Zion". Assuming "Mt. Zion" is Mount Zion in Jerusalem, "Salaom" is presumably the Pool of Siloam.
