DescriptionThis woman's dress is made of coarse bast fibre (perhaps linen) tabby and is straight-cut with horizontal neck opening, vertical gusset and a slightly flaring skirt. It is embroidered in red, blue, black, yellow and green silks along hem and part way up skirt seams with stylized flower motifs above a geometric border.
