DescriptionThis olpe (jug) is decorated in the black-figure technique with four bands of animal fireses, featuring lions and geese. It was made in Eturia in imitation of the popular black-figure decorated pottery being made in Corinth, Greece. It is attributed to the Grasmere Painted by Szilágyi.
