The loom width textile is screen-printed and features an orange ground printed with white amoeba shapes and black outlines of abstracted vases. Fibreglass textiles do not shrink, stretch, swell, rot, burn, or wrinkle and are resistant to sunlight. They are low maintenance – requiring no ironing - and are ideal for the “servantless” needs of postwar housewives.
