DescriptionSet of insignia badges for the front and back of a pufu (overcoat) for the military rank of a censor. This rank is symbolized by the xiezhi, a mythical animal with dragon's head and lion's body. Silk and gold tapestry (kesi) with some painted detail. Right-facing animal on mound in billows containing Buddhist symbols. Bats and clouds against background of gold trellis on black ground. Border of lotus and trellis.
