DescriptionSet of insignia badges for the front and back of the pufu (overcoat) of a 4th rank civil official (goose). Blue-black satin embroidered with silk floss and gold thread: design in satin stitch outlined with couched gold thread. Left-facing light buff bird on mound in frothy billows containing some buddhist symbols; multicoloured lishui (deep water); other buddhist symbols and clouds against quatrefoil patterned background in couched gold thread. Fret border of couched silver thread.
