DescriptionSet of insignia badges for the front and back of the pufu (overcoat) of a 4th rank civil official (goose). Blue-black satin embroidered with silk floss in peking knot outlined with couched white cord. Left-facing fawn-coloured bird on mound in billows containing buddhist symbols; peaches and peonies growing out of rocks at sides; clouds and peaches above. Border of bats and shou characters, edged with couched gold thread.
