DescriptionSet of insignia badges for the front and back of a pufu (overcoat) for a 3rd rank military official (leopard). White slk mesh completely covered with counted stitch embroidery in silk floss. Separately worked animal in natural colours applied to centre above billows against a swastika fret ground. A bat to the left and a spray of peaches to the right, with an applied sun disc in upper right. Square fret and scroll border on all sides.
