DescriptionSet of insignia badges for the front and back of the pufu (overcoat) of the wife of a 1st rank civil official (crane). Navy blue satin embroidered in silk satin stitch and couched gold thread. Bird in satin stitch flying against background of couched gold clouds in diagonal groups. Sun of coral beads. Border of two variations of shou character in couched gold and silver thread. Front halves sewn together.
