DescriptionWeighing 2.8 g. this blackish-blue glass weight was obviously intended to check a full dirham, although it lacks suck explicit information. It was produced in the name of the Fatimid Caliph  al-Hakim bi-amr Allah, who ruled from AH 386-411 (996-1020) and his son Abd al-Rahim designated heir for the period AH 404-11 (1014-21).
