DescriptionMiniature saddle model true in detail to full size tamzak saddles, the most elaborate of male saddles produced by Tuareg artists. Miniature saddles such as this were first produced in the 1970s as souvenirs, but are today a common sight in stores and commercial spaces in Niger. Oftentimes, these miniature saddles are produced by the same artist that would make the larger scale items and are faithful reproductions in all details.
