DescriptionThe petticoat features a scalloped design (ogee pattern) with deep border pattern around hem. It is darted across the front waist, with box pleats across sides and back. There is a silk waistband, as well as a side back opening bound with silk, and a button at waist. It is finished with a ribbon binding hem.
