DescriptionThe central medallion depicts Ganymede carried by an eagle against a blue ground. This medallion is framed by speckled red strapwork. Ground filled with scrolling foliage, birds and beasts and faded yellow strapwork. Lobed medallion in each corner containing a peacock. Border of quatrefoils and scrollwork on red qround with small deeper red circles.
